About me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I'm Martina, a young 26-year-old biology graduate. I studied in Turin and Genoa focusing on topics related to food safety and forensic science. The other major focus of my subsequent studies was sustainability. In fact, I attended a master's degree in management systems and one related to the organisation of ‘green’ events.
My free time has always been occupied by one of my main passions: sport. Sport has always been an integral part of my life since I was a child. First with artistic gymnastics, then with volleyball and finally with competitive swimming and water polo. From my early university years until now I have taken up other sports, including climbing, trail running, kick boxing and yoga; some of these are still part of my weekly routine.
The remainder of my free time has always been taken up by reading. Reading both novels and specific topics or subjects of interest regarding food quality, sustainability, new cultures and travel in general. My other great passion is travelling. I love immersing myself in new cultures, discovering new places and meeting new people.  This is what led me to start this blog: the desire to discover and share my passion. You can read an article about how it all came about directly in my blog where I briefly recount my experience in the mountains in Valtournenche and the receipt of a scholarship for an international cooperation trip . If you want to know more about me, follow my adventures and experiences around Italy and the world.
